Tradition & meaning

Selenite takes its name from Selene, the Greek moon deity. In many modern practices it is used to symbolize clarity, cleansing, and “resetting” the energy of a room.

Suggested practice
 

1. Switch on at dusk to mark the shift from work to rest.

2. Stand or sit beside the lamp. Inhale for 4 counts, exhale for 6, repeat 7 times.

3. Touch the pillar and state one clear intention for the night.

4. Turn it off at bedtime to close the day with gratitude.
