How to Use

1. Hold the shampoo bar under warm water and rub between hands to create a light lather.

2. Glide over the scalp and massage from crown to nape. Inhale for three counts and name what you are releasing.

3. Rinse. Smooth the conditioner bar from mid-lengths to ends.

4. While it sits for 60 seconds, state what you are welcoming in today.

5. Rinse cool to seal the cuticle and “lock in” your intention.
